About

Ordukhan Gahramanzada is Head of Division at MEMİM, seconded to the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He is the Ministry's focal point and expert for the 1970 and 1954 Conventions, on combatting illicit trafficking of cultural property and on the protection of cultural property in the event of armed conflict. Since January 2026 he has headed the International Initiatives Department of the Global Union for Intercultural Dialogue (GUIDE), the Secretariat of the Baku Process initiated by President Ilham Aliyev in 2008.
