  • We initiated the creation of the Parliamentary Platform, which was successfully established, and the Youth Platform. These are two important elements of Azerbaijan’s legacy. We also worked actively on the institutional development of the Non-Aligned Movement and its potential transformation into an organization.

  • At the same time, we try to strengthen the institutional segment of the Movement. Based on our initiative, the Parliamentary Network was created for the first time, the youth and women platforms were created. So, these initiatives are all the legacy of Azerbaijan.

  • The NAM Parliamentary Network and the NAM Youth Organisation were established at Azerbaijan's initiative.

  • Furthermore, the Shusha accords established the NAM Youth Organization in July 2022. The permanent secretariat of the NAM Youth Organization will be located in Baku.

  • During the chairmanship of Azerbaijan, the Parliamentary Network of the Non-Aligned Movement and the Youth Organization were established. For the first time in the 61-year history of the Movement, a Youth Organization was established in Shusha, bringing together the youth of the Movement's member countries.

  • At the same time, the Youth Platform is being created. A youth forum will be held and a Youth Network of the Non-Aligned Movement will be established.

  • Another important initiative is the youth network, and next month here in Baku, we will have another important event, the Youth Summit of NAM. So, these are the steps toward the institutional development of NAM, and I think the time has come to take practical steps in that direction.

  • Based on the mandate given at the NAM Baku Summit, Azerbaijani chairmanship explores the possibility of setting up an institutional network for the NAM youth.

  • This is why we took the initiative to host the Youth Summit for the first time in the history of the Non-Aligned Movement. The Youth Summit, held on the eve of the current Summit, was joined by young people who arrived in our country from 40 countries.

    Ardabil Week, Ardabil, Islamic Republic of Iran. Took part in the delegation of Azerbaijan led by Isa Habibbayli, President of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, with Deputy Minister of Culture Farid Jafarov and Member of the Milli Majlis Jeyhun Mammadov, in the Sheikh Safi al-Din Ardabili Day events and in the meetings with Iran's Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Seyed Abbas Salehi and the Governor of Ardabil Province, and prepared the report on the visit.

    Turkic World Week, Baku and Garabagh. Served on the organising committee of the Week, held by the Ministry of Culture on 29 June – 3 July 2026 in implementation of the Order of President Ilham Aliyev of 22 October 2025 on the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the First Turkological Congress, wrote the opening ceremony script and developed the digital platform for managing participants and the programme.

Represented the Ministry of Culture in the delegation of Azerbaijan at the 14th session of the Subsidiary Committee of the 1970 Convention (Azerbaijan is an elected member for 2023–2027) and at the 25th session of the Intergovernmental Committee for Promoting the Return of Cultural Property to its Countries of Origin or its Restitution in case of Illicit Appropriation (ICPRCP, of which Azerbaijan is a member for 2025–2029).

    Strategic Cooperation Conference and Technical Workshop on Turkic Cultural Heritage: Combatting Illicit Trafficking of Cultural Property, Gaziantep, Türkiye. Represented the Ministry of Culture and, jointly with representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Customs Committee, presented Azerbaijan's legal framework and institutional approach, the work on documenting and internationally tracing the cultural heritage of liberated Garabagh and Eastern Zangazur, and the legal position on cultural property removed under occupation in the context of Article 11 of the UNESCO 1970 Convention.
